Black African American Reparations Defined- Payment of a debt owed to Black African Americans as a group, due to the deliberate actions and inactions of the United States Government and it’s leaders who condoned and participated in the captivity, enslavement, purchase, sale, dehumanizing, murder, and profiting economically from the free labor of Black Africans and their Black African American Descendants and the compensation for over 400 year of damages and interest in the form of money, land, equity special regulations and a group self tax that will be used to empower Black African Americans economically, socially, medically, politically and legally toward their collective pursuit of happiness.
